GoneGardening is a UK website determined to revolutionise the garden and home leisure marketplace. At this site you will find a wide, and constantly growing, supply of products and equipment for your garden, all available for ordering securely on-line, with a personalised e-mail receipt, a complete order history on-line and product delivery directly to your door.

Find your product

If you know what you are looking for you can go to it one of two ways:

• Use our search facility to enter part or all of the product name and click on the 'Search' button. A list of matching products with a thumbnail image and price details will be returned below. Click on the name of any product that interests you to view further details. The search facility is also available from the Welcome page.
  
• From the Welcome page you can view all our top-level departments. Click on any one that interests you to view either products within that department or sub-departments. We have tried to structure our departments as logically as possible but please let us know if you disagree!
  
  
  • For sub-department lists, click on the image or name that interests you.
    
    
  • For lists of products you will be shown a thumbnail image, the product name and the price. Click on either the image or the name to view further details.

  At any time you can select 'Welcome' from the menu at the top to return to the main page or press the back button on your browser to return to the previous page.

Put it in your basket

From the product information page, you should select any attributes for the product (such as size and colour) from the drop-down list boxes and then click on the 'Add to your basket' button.

Assuming you have not logged in, this will take you to the secure 'Log in page'. 

You can either:

• Enter your e-mail address and password if you have been before. Click on the 'Log in' button.
  
• Click on the link entitled 'If you've never been here, click here'

You will then be taken to a page where you are asked to enter your e-mail address, name and address and to choose a password. Do so and click on the 'Confirm button' when done.

Note that this is yet another secure page so any information you send to us will be encryted for your privacy and security. Read our Security guarantee and Privacy Policy for informaton on how we look after your information.

Assuming all is well, you will be taken to the 'Your basket' page with your selected product added.

From here you can:

• Click on the 'Continue shopping' button to return to the Welcome page.
  
• Click on 'Check out' if you have finished shopping and want to complete your purchase.
  
• Click on 'Clear order' if you want to empty your shopping basket.
  
• Change the quantity field and then click on 'Update order'. It is very important that you click on the button after changing the quantity or your changes won't be acknowledged.
  
• Click on the word 'Remove' next to the item to remove just that product from your basket.

Checking out - Delivery details

Once you've finished shopping and clicked on the 'Check out' button in 'Your Basket', you will be taken to the 'Delivery' page. Your address will be completed here for you. You can either:

• Click on 'Continue' if the address is correct.
  
• Change the address as appropriate and then click on 'Continue'

It is very important that you enter the correct address in order for your delivery not to be delayed. Likewise, for larger items such as lawn mowers, your telephone number is essentially in order for delivery to be arranged.

If you have moved house and the address shown is your previous one, please use the 'Shopper update' page to change your details for future orders.

Checking out - Card details

Having entered your delivery details, as above, you'll be taken to a page entitled 'Final purchase approval'. Here you will be asked to enter the name on your credit card, its number, type and expiry date as well as to confirm your billing address.

Read our 'Security guarantee' if you are concerned about sending these details over the Internet.

If you have entered all requested details you should check the amount detailed is correct and then click on 'Confirm'. Your information will then be processed securely by GoneGardening.com and, if all is in order, you will be given an order number.
