GoneGardening.com has a policy is to ensure that all the timber in our products comes from forests independently certified as well managed, according to standards set out by the Forest Stewardship Council. GoneGardening.com actively seeks to source FSC certified timber products for our customers.

Today, all our timber comes from strictly managed forests that have been checked and approved by the Tropical Forest Trust (TFT). In fact, we are the only leading garden furniture supplier that can guarantee all their hardwood furniture is made from timber sourced from Tropical Forest Trust (TFT) forests.

By liasing closely with Greenpeace and the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), we’ve been able to produce guidelines which allow us to offer this unique environmental guarantee on all our hardwood products.
