Our deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm weekdays only. The method and time for delivery varies by product but the majority of products are dispatched on the same business day for either next day delivery or delivery within 3-10 working days.

We only deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom, but excluding the Isle of Wight, the Isle of Man, the Scottish Isles, parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Isles.

Certain products may have a longer delivery period and these details will be given in the specific product information at the point of purchase.

Compost, bark, mulch and other bulky products are delivered on pallets. (Please contact us to check if your order requires a pallet delivery.) The pallets are included in the price of the item, and are non returnable on receipt of the goods. The driver who delivers the products may take the pallet away for you, but he is not obligated to do so. The delivery cannot take place over any obstacle e.g. walls and fences, sloping ground or any area not accessible to the lorry. Therefore you may have to carry the product into your garden/house.

Our standard delivery charge is £4.99 including VAT.

Electrical Recycling

When you buy a new electric or electronic piece of machinery from us, please dispose of your old one responsibly. Don’t chuck it in the bin but take it to a recycling centre. This won't cost you anything, and you'll be doing your bit to reduce the 1.2 million tonnes of waste generated every year in the UK.
